Judge Perry repeatedly asked Jose Baez, "did you put Mrs. Anthony on the stand knowing that she would testify that she was at home when her records show that she was at work?"
Over and over, Jose Baez did not directly answer the question, meaning that the question is highly sensitive to Jose Baez.
It would appear that Jose Baez is in trouble.
There is little question that Baez knew the lies before they came out, in various testimonies (see analysis) but here, it would appear, that Judge Perry believes that this charge against Baez is going to be substantiated.

A number of times this question was posed to Baez and repeatedly dodged it. Although analysis will show that there were many things that Baez did, deceptively (knowingly) it appears that the Judge believes this one will stick.
