Desperation of the Closing Statement in Blaming George

"If you think she is a lying, no good slut..." Jose Baez told the jury, "you will discriminate against her" and said that the prosecution was "desperate."

Statement Analysis recognizes that repetition shows sensitivity.  "Desperation" is something highly sensitive to Jose Baez.

In his closing statement, Jose Baez attempted to blame it on George Anthony, Casey's father.

Cindy and George were sitting apart in the court.  Both are acutely aware of the press reporting their body language, dress, countenance and bearing, but apparently did not care.

Is it that Casey has finally driven them apart?

George sat without Cindy, listening to Baez attempting to blame George Anthony.

Baez attempted to indict police for not investigating George Anthony.

Baez has attempted to swirl above his opening statement, aware of the limitations due to the lack of evidence.  He quoted Jeff Ashton often.Source URL: https://wallpaper-com.blogspot.com/2011/07/desperation-of-closing-statement-in.html
