Jose Baez: "We Will Never Know How Caylee Died"

    Jose Baez told the jury:

"We will never know how Caylee died."

This is the same jury that he told, "Caylee died by drowning in the family swimming pool" which he was unable to prove.

Statement Analysis of the opening statement showed that Jose Baez was deceptive.

    What does this mean?

It means that Jose Baez was not, innocently, repeating what Casey told him, but the analysis showed that Jose Baez, himself, was deceptive in his opening statement.

In order to be seen as deceptive, the subject must know he is being deceptive.

Statement Analysis showed that when Baez told the jury that Caylee drowned, he knew this wasn't true.

    Now, the jury knows too.

They likely saw that Baez was not just unprepared, nor intellectually up to the task, but that he is a deceiver, one knowingly lying.

Just as the juror watched Casey stand up, almost to the height of Baez, even as she sat 9" smaller in an attempt to deceive them, so it is that they know that Baez is a deceptive person, himself, of his own volition.Source URL: https://wallpaper-com.blogspot.com/2011/07/jose-baez-will-never-know-how-caylee.html
