Opening Statement Slam Dunk for Prosecution!
Casey Anthony Fingerpoked her eyes for tears and her shaking of the head appeared like defiance.
The opening statement went through the "31 days" and forced the defense into the Zanny the Nanny kidnapping that Casey has claimed and will likely stick to.
Casey was defiant in 2008 and she was defiant in court today sitting directly across from the jury.
Prosecution, speaking for 2 1/2 hours, brought the jury through lie after lie after lie, and plainly laid out that Casey killed her child, and lied, day after day, with ridiculous details, believing that somehow, the extra details will appear as 'truthful' but the prosecution kept this about Caylee and gave a list of lies, including names, dates and places.
It was a tremendous opening statement with a brilliant strategy of locking in the story of the non-existant nanny!
