It seems that now yet another person associated with the Hailey Dunn case has been arrested: KTXS is reporting that the media hungry attorney who represents Billie Jean Dunn may be facing some legal troubles of his own now that he has been arrested.
It remains seen whether or not John Young will be in court this week representing Billie Dunn on her drug, obstruction and lying to police charges.
Reports are that he was parked in his car, intoxicated, and when approached by a police officer, got into a scuffle, pulled a 9mm handgun on the unsuspecting officer who subdued him and placed him under arrest.

Billie Dunn is the mother of missing 13 year old Hailey Dunn. She and her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins both failed polygraphs and were named Persons of Interest in the disappearance. John Young threatened to sue this blogger after posting his personal viewpoint on what happened to Hailey Dunn in May.
Billie Dunn appeared on The Nancy Grace Show in January of this year, after reporting her daughter missing on December 28th, 2010. No arrests have been made.
Police reported finding more than 109,000 "deviant images" on computers and computer devices belonging to Shawn Adkins and Billie Dunn, and reported that among the deviant images found included child pornography and bestiality.
Police arrested Billie Dunn after they went to her home to serve a warrant on Shawn Adkins, whom she claimed was not there. When they found him there, they also found that she had drugs on the premise.
Police spoke to media last week reporting delays in the child pornography case due to waiting for the FBI to complete the computer post mortum so that charges could be filed.
In Texas, child pornography charges can lead to a virtual life sentence based upon the number of images found. Delay may also be due to the 'net effect' where the buying, selling and trading of child pornography often leads to other arrests.Source URL: https://wallpaper-com.blogspot.com/2011/06/billie-jean-dunn-attorney-arrested.html
