Why didn't Casey just toss Caylee into the pool, right after George left for work, and claim "accidental drowning" theory?
Would this have not been "easier" than to spend months researching and making chloroform and have to build a huge alibi with a fake nanny? Her tattoo, rather than celebratory, could have been considered fraudulently as 'memorial'?
During the 31 days Caylee was "missing", was it part of her plan to never allow her parents to know that Caylee was dead?
Was Casey planning to kill her parents, sell the house and move to California? Did her mother interrupt her plans (it took her 31 days of not seeing her grandchild) when she called 911, originally to report the car, and alerted police to the missing child?
Why go through all the work of planning, chloroforming and duct taping a child, being forced to drive around seeking for a good place to bury her, when she could have done the 'accidental death' theory?
She spoke of plans of getting her parents' home to her friend, and there was obviously no love lost between her and her parents.
Or...
did the accidental theory surface only recently, after 3 years of sitting in jail, with no good excuse for her celebratory behavior of the 31 days from when Caylee was last seen until Cindy Anthony called police?
Who invented this defense theory? Was it Baez? Was it Casey Anthony?
Could it have even been Cheney Mason?
Whoever it was has a devious mind and is perverting justice, in whatever name, because a lie is a lie, even when told in court, or even when told by an attorney.
Had Caylee died of an accidental death, Dr. G testified, 911 would have been called.
