Is the defense team for Casey Anthony imploding?
What was once upon a time called a "dream team" when names were competing for a spot on the media hyped murder trial defense team, one by one they ran, appearing less than enamored with Jose Baez. Some publicity, it seemed, wasn't worth it.
For those watching the trial, it has become the "nightmare team from hell" as Jose Baez appears to have destroyed the defense with amateurish mistake after mistake.
After utterly blowing a cross, Baez handed off the next cross examination to his female partner, who seemed to have learned her objecting habits from Baez, and had the same poker bluff fizzle as Baez.
Meanwhile Cheney Mason remains strangely silent, having had about 10 minutes of camera time, but no more.
